Make outbound calls to customers for lead generation, follow-ups, and feedback.
Arrange
Zoom meetings
for management or clients& Forward to Lead to BDM
Maintain and update call records and meeting schedules in
Excel.
Maintain customer database and update records in Excel/ CRM
Schedule meetings or appointments for the BDM.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
Prepare and share daily call reports using Excel/CRM
Key Skills Required:
Good verbal communication in
English and Hindi and Punjabi

Basic knowledge of
MS Excel.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Confident, polite, and proactive attitude.
Team player with strong follow-up skills.
