Business Development Executives (BDE) and Business Development Managers (BDM) who can engage and grow relationships with international clients

(US, UK, UAE, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities through

lead generation

,

email campaigns

,

LinkedIn outreach

, and

networking

. Reach out to potential clients via

email, LinkedIn, calls and other communication channels.

Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions such as

web apps

,

mobile apps

,

custom software

, etc. Generate leads, pitch services/products to potential international clients.

Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Conduct client meetings via Zoom/Google Meet and maintain professional communication. Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams for solution delivery. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and close deals. Maintain CRM and sales reports on a regular basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong command of

English (spoken and written)

is a must. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven experience in international client handling (preferred). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ability to work independently or in a team. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and CRM tools is a plus.
