Key Responsibilities:

Apply and lead the commercial business strategy at the area assigned to achieve sell in and sell out sales targets.

Act as guarantor for the image and policy of brands in his area.
Develop trusting relationships with key customers in the defined territory.

Perform monthly monitoring of the sales for the major accounts Motivate sales teams in the area recruit, develop, ensure the development of their expertise and know how
Coordination between the sales and technical teams at the field level to ensure unified execution of commercial strategy

Maintain close cooperation between the area sales force and regional sales and business management.

Requirements:

Experience: 2-7 years in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management, preferably in the beauty, personal, Hair care.

Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and the local language is required

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of cosmetics, haircare, or beauty product. Willingness to travel frequently and work independently. A pleasant, customer-friendly attitude with a proactive approach.
