We're looking for a dynamic

BDE/BDM

who has

proven experience in generating business leads

for an

IT service-based company,

not through Upwork or freelance bidding, but via direct channels like

LinkedIn, email marketing, cold outreach, or paid campaigns

.

Key Responsibilities



Generate quality

leads for IT services

(Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, etc.) Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other channels Create and maintain lead databases and client communication records Coordinate with the marketing and technical team for proposals and closures Meet monthly and quarterly lead/conversion targets

Required Skills



Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in

IT Business development/lead generation

Strong knowledge of

LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and client communication

Experience working with

international clients (US, UK, Canada, Gulf, etc.)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills Hands-on with tools like

Apollo, Snov.io, Lusha, or CRM software

will be preferred

We're NOT Looking For:



Freelance bidders or only Upwork/Clutch experience Candidates without experience in an IT service-based environment
