We are looking for
high-energy Business Development Executives / Associates
with experience in
K12 EdTech sales
who can
engage parents, understand student learning needs, and convert qualified leads into enrollments

online education, tutoring platforms, or education counselling

Key Responsibilities
Connect with
parents and students
via calls, WhatsApp, or video meetings.
Understand academic requirements for
K12 students (Grades 1-12)
.
Pitch online learning programs and explain value clearly.
Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful enrollments.
Schedule and follow up on demos/trial classes.
Maintain accurate records in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-4 years of experience in
EdTech / Education Sales (K12 preferred)
.
Experience as
BDE, BDA, Inside Sales, Academic Counselor, or Education Consultant
.
Strong communication skills in
English.
Comfortable with targets and performance-driven environments.
Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
