Night-Shift Business Development & US IT Recruiter (Hyderabad)Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
Shift: US business hours (e.g., 7:00 pm to 4:00 am IST, Mon to Fri)
Function: Business Development (Staffing) + US IT Recruitment + Oil & Gas Sales Support + Inbound/Outbound Call Handling

You'll switch contexts seamlessly, prioritize well, and deliver against weekly KPIs.

Key Responsibilities (split by track)
A) US IT RECRUITER (NIGHT SHIFT)

Run end-to-end recruitment: intake, sourcing (job boards/LinkedIn), screening, interview coordination, offers, onboarding. Build proactive pipelines for high-demand skills (Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, Java/.NET, ERP, DevOps, QA, etc.). Work confidently with US employment/tax terms (W-2, 1099, C2C) and common visas (USC/GC/H-1B, EAD, TN). Submit high-quality resumes to clients/MSP/VMS portals within SLAs; maintain ATS hygiene and compliance. Track submittals, interviews, offers, and starts; follow up rigorously with candidates/hiring teams.B) STAFFING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (INSIDE SALES) Identify and qualify target accounts; plan multi-threaded outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to book discovery meetings. Understand client needs (direct, MSP/VMS, SOW/Time & Material) and position our staffing/solutions offerings. Drive opportunities from first meeting to MSA/SOW; coordinate with delivery to open and close requisitions. Maintain clean CRM data; report weekly on pipeline, forecasts, activities, win/loss insights. Hit meeting, opportunity, and revenue targets; handle objections and negotiate rates/terms.C) OIL & GAS SALES SUPPORT (EXISTING BUSINESS) Answer inbound inquiries on product specs, availability, pricing, and lead times; log and track all requests. Prepare basic techno-commercial quotes; coordinate with operations/engineering/supply for accurate responses. Follow up on quotations and POs; update customers on status, deliveries, and documentation. Keep CRM and order trackers accurate and current.D) CALL HANDLING & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE Handle US inbound/outbound calls with a clear, neutral US accent. Confirm understanding, summarize next steps, and log complete notes after each call. Maintain professional tone and cultural sensitivity; aim for first-call resolution and high CSAT.WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE (KPIs) Staffing BD: new prospects added weekly; discovery meetings/month; qualified opportunities; MSA/SOW progress. Recruiting: time-to-submit, submittals/week, interview and offer rates, quality of hire feedback. Oil & Gas Support: quote turnaround time, win rate on quotes, on-time status updates, data accuracy. CX: first-call resolution, call notes completeness, customer satisfaction.QUALIFICATIONS Education: Any engineering degree preferred; business/tech degree considered. Experience: 1 to 4 years in US IT staffing/recruiting (agency or MSP/VMS) preferred. Inside sales/BD experience is a plus. Oil & Gas inside sales/support exposure is a plus.Language: Excellent spoken/written English; confident phone and video presence with neutral US accent.SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Sourcing: LinkedIn, job boards, referrals; strong Boolean/X-ray search. US Staffing Knowledge: W-2/1099/C2C, rate negotiations, basic visa/work authorization understanding. Sales: Prospecting, discovery, multi-threading, objection handling, and structured follow-ups. Tools: ATS/CRM (e.g., Bullhorn/CEIPAL/Zoho), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, calling/email tools, spreadsheets. Work Style: High ownership, urgency, organization, and ability to juggle multiple queues (calls, reqs, quotes). Soft Skills: Active listening, clear articulation, cultural awareness, data discipline, and resilience.WORK HOURS & ENVIRONMENT Night shift aligned to US time zones; flexibility for client interviews when required.
