Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to prospective students and parents.
Explain course details, program benefits, and career outcomes in a clear and engaging way.
Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with leads.
Understand the learner's needs and suggest suitable programs accordingly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion and enrollment targets.
Update lead details and communication history accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing and counseling teams for campaign feedback and lead quality.
Participate in weekly meetings, product training, and performance reviews.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Fluency in
Marathi
or
Telugu
(spoken and written).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Familiarity with EdTech platforms or sales CRM tools (preferred).
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or counseling (EdTech preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Communication preferred).
