We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Business Development Executive (Telesales)
to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least
6 months of experience
in telesales or a similar customer-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads
Understand customer requirements and present relevant solutions/products
Follow up on leads and close sales effectively
Maintain and update the CRM/database regularly
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (in any field) - Mandatory
Experience:
Minimum
6 months of telesales or inside sales experience
Communication:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Skills:
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools)
