We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and professional
Business Development Executive & Secretary to the MD
to support our real estate operations and executive office. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and able to manage both client-facing and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
l Generate leads, meet prospective buyers, and support sales conversion for residential/commercial projects.
l Coordinate with clients for inquiries, documentation, and site visits while ensuring excellent customer experience.
l Conduct basic market and competitor research to support project strategy and pricing decisions.
l Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, travel, and communication with discretion and professionalism.
l Prepare project presentations, letters, proposals, and follow-up reports as required.
l Organize internal/external meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up with departments.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Good presentation and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional attitude, confidentiality & time management
Real estate experience preferred
