About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Female Business Development Executive (BDE)

to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through

client acquisition, lead generation, chat support, and telephonic sales communication.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound

sales calls

professionally. Engage with customers via

chat platforms and calls

to understand their requirements. Generate new leads, build strong client relationships, and convert them into business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly revenue targets. Provide excellent customer support and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

Female candidates only.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any field. 0-2 years of experience in sales/business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

(verbal & written). Strong persuasion and negotiation ability. Proficiency in using

MS Office, CRM tools, and chat/calling platforms.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
