Job Responsibilities

:

Lead Generation

: Call prospective clients to generate leads for real estate sales.

Client Engagement

: Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers by providing detailed information on available properties.

Property Briefing

: Explain property features, benefits, pricing, and location details to clients over the phone.

Schedule Site Visits

: Coordinate and arrange property site visits for potential buyers.

Follow-up

: Regularly follow up with leads and prospective buyers to maintain engagement and answer any questions.

Customer Database Management

: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead progress using CRM software.

Sales Support

: Assist the sales team by setting up meetings, resolving inquiries, and managing communication with buyers.

Market Research

: Stay updated on current market trends, real estate developments, and competitive projects in and around Hyderabad.

Achieving Targets

: Work toward meeting individual and team sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

:

Educational Qualification

: Minimum 12th standard or equivalent; a diploma/degree in any field is a plus.

Communication Skills

: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Sales Acumen

: Prior experience in tele-calling or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

Customer Service

: Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely.

Telephonic Etiquette

: Strong persuasive skills and ability to maintain professionalism over the phone.

CRM Experience

: Knowledge of CRM systems to manage client data is advantageous.

Target-Oriented

: Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
