Promote company recruitment services and build strong client relationships.
Convert leads into business partnerships.

Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Prior experience in sales or recruitment business development (preferred, not mandatory).
Smartphone or laptop with internet connectivity.
Self-driven, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
