We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our dynamic real estate team in Sector 74A, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate telecalling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer engagement.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the database provided

- Generate leads and set up site visits for the sales team

- Follow up with clients and maintain a strong relationship to ensure repeat business

- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate project details

- Maintain and update customer records in CRM

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies

### Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry as a Telecaller

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle rejections

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems

- Fluent in Hindi and English

- Must be a graduate

- Female candidates only
