We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, converting prospects, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to close successful deals.
Key Responsibilities:Lead generation & conversion through multiple channels Manage & optimize profiles on Upwork, Clutch, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Conduct Email Marketing campaigns for outreach
Attend and manage client calls, presentations, and negotiations Prepare project estimation, proposals, and quotation documents Coordinate with development teams to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain CRM records & track sales pipeline
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements: 3-6 years of experience in IT sales/business development Strong knowledge of bidding platforms (Upwork/Clutch/etc.)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Understanding of software development terminology & processes Ability to manage time efficiently and meet targets
Strong analytical mindset and proposal drafting skills
