Experience in BD or lead generation (preferably in IT)
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on knowledge of bidding portals and LinkedIn outreach.
Ability to write clear, customized proposals.
Understanding of IT services like web and app development.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn.
Write and submit business proposals and client communications
Maintain follow-up and update leads in CRM or tracking tools.
Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements.
