We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and pitch services/products to potential clients.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and business goals.
Maintain client databases and update CRM regularly.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support client needs.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle client objections and negotiations.
Basic knowledge of sales, lead generation, and marketing.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and online research.
Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Prior internship or sales experience will be an added advantage.
