We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through online platforms, cold calling, networking, and client references.
Generate leads and convert them into clients for digital marketing and IT services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Conduct meetings, prepare proposals, and present solutions to potential clients.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Manage client communication and ensure timely project follow-ups.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client handling (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Comfortable working in
night shifts
(US/International clients).
Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
