Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Handle outbound calls to international (US) clients/customers for business development. Work on digital marketing activities including SEO, social media, email marketing, and lead generation. Identify and develop new business opportunities through online and offline channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure business growth. Maintain records of leads, prospects, and sales pipelines in CRM tools. Achieve monthly targets for calls, leads, and closures. Collaborate with internal teams for project execution and client servicing.

Skills Required



Excellent verbal & written communication (English). Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Email Campaigns). Ability to handle US shift timings (for Telcaller role). Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
