Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into potential clients
Handle domestic and international clients professionally
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Pitch company services and negotiate deals
Maintain strong and long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Update CRM and maintain accurate client records
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
Experience in IT services / Digital Marketing sales (preferred)
Familiarity with bidding platforms such as
Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
is an added advantage
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven
