We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented

Business Development Executive (Online Bidder)

with hands-on experience in

Upwork bidding

. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to generate quality leads through online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Bid on projects through Upwork and other freelancing platforms Identify and analyze client requirements Prepare and submit proposals as per client needs Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and calls Maintain follow-ups with prospective clients Coordinate with internal teams for project understanding Maintain records of bids, leads, and conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

6 months of experience

as an Online Bidder / BDE Strong knowledge of

Upwork platform

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand client requirements and convert leads Basic knowledge of IT services is a plus Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
