Business Development Executive (BDE)



Position Overview:


The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and helping to increase the revenue streams of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify New Business Opportunities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Generate leads through various channels (cold calls, emails, social media, networking). Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.

Sales Strategy & Pitching:

Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's client base. Create and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction. Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project delivery meets client expectations.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management on business growth and opportunities. Provide feedback on sales and market trends to help improve the company's offerings.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with company goals. Assist in creating marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's services or products.

Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization. Track and report progress towards business development goals.

Skills and Qualifications:



Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and close deals. Good understanding of market research techniques and CRM tools. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
