Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management in the IT services or software industry.
Strong understanding of IT services such as software development, web/mobile app development, cloud solutions, or digital transformation.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
