About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and driven
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our team in Pune. The role involves generating leads, building relationships, and selling
digital marketing services
(SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, content marketing, etc.) to different businesses across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities in the Pune market.
Sell and promote
digital marketing services
to SMEs, startups, and enterprises.
Understand client requirements and propose customized DM solutions.
Build and maintain strong business relationships to ensure long-term growth.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Represent the company in meetings and presentations with clients.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor offerings.
Skills Required
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and convincing
skills.
Strong knowledge of
sales techniques
and client handling.
Ability to explain and pitch digital marketing services to non-technical clients.
Networking and relationship-building in Pune business community.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1-2 years of experience in sales/business development preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
Prior exposure to selling digital marketing or IT services is a plus.
