About the Role



We are seeking a motivated

Business Development Executive

to expand our business in Pune. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills, with the ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients. Candidates with strong contacts in Pune will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Pune market. Build and maintain client relationships for long-term growth. Pitch services to potential clients and convert leads into business. Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions. Achieve sales and revenue targets. Stay updated with market trends and competition.

Skills Required



Excellent

communication, negotiation, and convincing

skills. Strong networking and relationship-building ability in Pune. Result-oriented mindset with sales drive. Good presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications



Graduate in any field. 1-2 years of experience in sales/business development preferred,

freshers can also apply

with the right skillset. Good knowledge of Pune market and network of contacts.
