Job Summary
We are hiring Telecallers for our After-Sales Service Department. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, complaint registration, service appointment coordination, and ensuring a smooth service experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding service and complaint requests.
Register customer complaints and schedule technician visits.
Provide product service updates and follow-up until closure.
Maintain customer interaction records in CRM/software.
Coordinate with field technicians and service partners.
Assist customers with warranty, installation, demo, and repair service queries.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Malayalam/ Telgu / Tamil/English).
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Basic knowledge of home appliances / consumer durable products (preferred).
Familiar with MS Excel / CRM tools.
Good listening skills and service-oriented attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet call targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Freshers and experienced both can apply.
Candidates with experience in after-sales service or call center preferred.
