We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive with 1 year of experience to help expand our client base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms, calls, and emails
Handle lead generation via LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions
Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
Maintain healthy relationships with existing and potential clients
Coordinate with technical teams for project discussions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM and sales reports
Requirements
1 year of experience in business development / sales (IT services preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of bidding portals and lead generation techniques
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Basic understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, Software, Digital Marketing)
