We work with employers across the UK to help them train their existing workforce or hire new apprentices using our flexible blended-learning model (online and in-person).

Job Summary



We are seeking a Business Development Executive with strong LinkedIn B2B experience to help us connect with employers in the UK.

Your main role will be to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify potential employers, build relationships, and promote our funded apprenticeship programmes.

This is a remote, India-based role working closely with our UK team.

Key Responsibilities



Generate employer leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Recruiter Lite, and other online tools. Reach out to HR managers, training leads, and business owners across the UK. Promote apprenticeship opportunities for both existing employees and new recruits. Book meetings for the UK team and maintain detailed CRM records. Collaborate with marketing to run outreach and engagement campaigns. Report weekly on outreach activity, employer sign-ups, and learner enrolments.

Requirements



2-4 years of experience in LinkedIn B2B marketing, lead generation, or recruitment. Excellent written and spoken English. Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite. Experience with automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Phantombuster) preferred. Prior experience in training, education, or UK recruitment (desirable). Strong self-management and ability to work aligned to UK time zones.
What We Offer

Salary: ₹30,000 - ?45,000 per month (depending on experience). Performance bonuses based on employer sign-ups and learner starts. Fully remote work-from-home role. Monday to Friday, 1 PM - 10 PM IST (UK business hours). Training provided on UK apprenticeship funding and compliance. Career progression into Senior Business Development or Account Management roles.
