About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Online Bidder / BDE

who has a strong technical understanding and proven experience in generating business through online portals. The ideal candidate should be able to understand project requirements, communicate effectively with clients, and prepare high-quality bids/proposals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and bid on relevant projects from platforms such as

Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH

, and other marketplaces. Understand client requirements (technical + functional) and prepare

customised, professional proposals

. Coordinate with the technical team to estimate project timelines, scope, and deliverables. Handle client communication, requirement gathering, and follow-ups. Convert leads into long-term clients and maintain relationships. Prepare project documentation, SOW, and cost breakdown when needed. Meet monthly bidding and lead conversion targets. Maintain CRM and track all leads/proposals.

Technical Skills Required

Strong understanding of

Web Development, Mobile Apps, CRM Systems, APIs, SaaS, AI/ML basics

, or related technologies. Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into meaningful proposals. Good knowledge of project estimation, SDLC, and basic architecture. Comfortable explaining technical solutions to clients in simple language.

Required Qualifications

Minimum

2+ years

of experience as an Online Bidder / BDE. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and requirement-gathering skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results. Experience in handling international clients is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies. Ability to create wireframes or basic workflow diagrams (optional). Experience with tools like

Jira, Trello, Slack, HubSpot, CRM tools

, etc. Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and AI tools is a bonus.
