Pitch available resources based on client tech requirements
Handle LinkedIn/email outreach and maintain CRM pipelines
Collaborate with delivery teams for smooth onboarding
Meet monthly business targets and maintain client relationships
Requirements:
2-4 years in
IT B2B sales or staff augmentation
Familiar with tech roles: React, Java, QA, DevOps, etc.
Strong communication & follow-up skills
Experience with
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
or CRM tools is a plus
Prior
bench sales experience
preferred
