About the Role

Dikonia is looking for a

results-oriented Business Development Executive

with proven experience in

Upwork bidding and client acquisition

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business through online portals, managing client communication, and driving consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and bid for potential projects on

Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, Guru

, and similar platforms. Draft persuasive proposals and cover letters to attract and win clients. Collaborate with the technical team to create accurate cost estimates and timelines. Negotiate budgets, milestones, and deliverables with clients to close profitable deals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory:

Proven success in securing projects on Upwork or other bidding platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in

English

. Strong understanding of

IT services

(Web & Mobile App Development). Skilled in negotiation, client handling, and proposal writing. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
