We are seeking a

driven and confident Business Development Executive

to expand our client base and build long-term partnerships within the IT consulting ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients and IT consulting partners through targeted outreach on LinkedIn, email, and professional networks. Analyze potential partner organizations to understand their offerings and identify collaboration opportunities. Lead initial conversations to assess partnership scope across Salesforce and related technology services. Track leads, partnerships, and interactions using Excel or Google Sheets. Collaborate with internal technical and recruitment teams to align on client requirements. Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and partnership documentation. Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups. Participate in weekly business review discussions to evaluate progress and explore new opportunities.
? Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.

0-1 year experience

in IT Services, SaaS, or Consulting Business Development. Keen interest in

Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Cloud technologies

. Strong communication skills--both written and verbal. Professional demeanor with confidence in client interactions. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a team. Hands-on experience with

LinkedIn prospecting

and

Excel / Google Sheets

.
