About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with a background in MBA (Marketing/Sales) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers who have hands-on experience through internships and are passionate about sales in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and engage with inbound leads provided by the company. Conduct cold calls to prospective domestic clients to generate interest in our IT services. Convert leads into successful business deals through effective communication and follow-ups. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and client retention. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and regularly update CRM systems. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria:

MBA in Marketing or Sales. Mandatory internship experience in Sales/Marketing (Min 3 months). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Passion for sales and business growth in the IT industry. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
