Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation:

Identify fresh business through cold calling, emails, social media, and events.

Pipeline Management:

Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel with timely follow-ups.

Product Demos:

Deliver compelling presentations showcasing CRM and automation value.

Relationship Building:

Engage and build trust with key decision-makers.

Market Research:

Track industry trends, customer needs, and competitors.

Sales Metrics:

Achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing and product teams.

Reporting:

Provide sales forecasts and performance insights.

CRM Implementation Support:

Manage training, project planning, and delivery.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in SaaS or technology sales, preferably with CRM implementation Strong skills in communication, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools Analytical mindset and results-driven approach Able to thrive independently and in fast-paced team environments
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
