Key Responsibilities:Client Servicing:
Act as a point of contact between the company and existing/potential clients.
Support the team in onboarding new clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
Ensure timely responses to client queries and follow-ups on deliverables.
Coordinate internally with operations, marketing, or product teams to meet client needs.
Help prepare client reports, presentations, and performance updates.
Lead Management:
Track and manage leads using CRM or spreadsheets.
Assist in qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for senior BD executives.
Maintain a consistent communication flow with prospects (emails, messages, calls).
Help nurture cold or dormant leads through follow-ups and personalized outreach.
Analyze lead data and share insights on performance and conversion rates.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-up abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
Comfortable using email, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
Self-motivated and eager to learn in a dynamic business environment.
