About the Role

Key Responsibilities



Sales Support

: Help the Sales team in prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.

Lead Generation

: Conduct market research, gather potential leads, and help build a solid sales pipeline.

Client Outreach

: Support in reaching out to leads via phone, email, or social media to schedule meetings or introduce services.

Proposal Creation

: Help create sales presentations, proposals, and customized offers for prospective clients.

CRM Management

: Update and maintain the CRM database with accurate lead and client information.

Market Research

: Analyze industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to help shape sales strategies.

Collaborate with Teams

: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop new business strategies.

Customer Engagement

: Assist in maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Reporting

: Track progress on sales initiatives, generate reports, and provide feedback to the management team.

Qualifications

:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong interest in sales, business development, and the IT industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail. Basic understanding of IT products or services is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in teams. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
