The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the infrastructure and construction materials market. The role demands a proactive individual with strong networking and persuasive communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients including builders, contractors, and distributors.
Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, references, and market visits.
Maintain updated sales pipelines and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Collaborate with internal departments for quotations, order processing, and after-sales support.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to gain market share.
Employer Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or infrastructure products.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
