Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and target-driven
Business Development Executive (Telecalling)
for our Thane Center. This role involves daily patient communication, lead management, appointment coordination, and maintaining accurate patient records. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Tasks & Operational Duties
Review the
OPD schedule of all doctors
daily.
Check for upcoming
offers, promotions, and scheduled TV interviews
for the upcoming week.
Prioritize and attend to
POP leads
immediately -- ensuring every lead is responded to
within 60 minutes
.
Calling & Lead Handling

Focus first on pending calls and active appointments (online consultations or hospital visits).
During a connected call:
Listen actively to the patient's concern.
Collect required details and update them in the
BI system
.
Avoid pushing patients directly for visits; instead, offer guidance and solutions professionally.
Data Collection & Updating Requirements
Must update or verify the following details for every patient:
Full Name
City
Primary and
Alternate Phone Number (mandatory)
Date of Birth of husband and wife
Marriage Date
Lead source ("How did you hear about Progenesis?")
Appointment Scheduling & Follow-ups
Once confirmed, schedule the appointment in the
HMS system
with accurate date, time, and center information.
Share appointment confirmation via WhatsApp (preferred) or SMS.
Send center address and relevant video links to educate the patient.
Follow-Up Calling Protocol:
Contact patients:
1 day before:
Between
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Same day:
Between
9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
If calls go unanswered, attempt
at least 4 call attempts
at different timings using different contact numbers.
