Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with strong experience in selling Hygiene & Cleaning Solutions to HORECA customers. The ideal candidate must have an existing network of decision-makers in:

Hospitals & Healthcare Institutions

Hotels & Restaurants

Cloud Kitchens & Caterers

Airlines, Railways & Other Institutions

The role focuses on Key Account Acquisition, Product Approvals, Revenue Growth, and Customer Retention.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, acquire, and manage Key Accounts within the HORECA segment

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Drive product presentations, sampling, and approval processes

Maintain strong relationships with Purchase Heads and Procurement Teams

Plan and execute promotional activities, marketing schemes, and offers

Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and service excellence

Contribute to product labels, marketing collaterals, and digital campaigns

Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing insights

Products Portfolio

Hand Sanitizer, Foaming Hand Wash, Liquid Soap

Dish Cleaner, Multipurpose Cleaner, Glass & Surface Cleaner

Floor Cleaner, Toilet Cleaner & related institutional hygiene products

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in Hygiene/Cleaning products

Strong relationships in Hospitals/Hotels/Restaurants & Institutional accounts

Proven ability in generating product approvals and managing tenders

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and deliver strong results

Education

Graduate degree (preferred: Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field)
