Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue
new business opportunities
through networking, referrals, and online research.
Generate and qualify leads, schedule client meetings, and present company products/services effectively.
Work closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve
monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention.
Prepare and deliver
sales presentations and proposals
tailored to client needs.
Conduct
market research
to understand customer requirements, trends, and competitor activity.
Update and maintain client data in
CRM systems
and ensure accurate reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client deliverables.
Participate in
marketing campaigns, promotional events, and client engagement activities
.
Provide regular feedback to management on business performance and market trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
2-5 years of experience
in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations.
Strong
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proven ability to

Familiarity with
CRM tools
and proficiency in
