Job Description

We are looking for energetic and ambitious

Business Development Executives (Freshers)

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, good communicators, and eager to start a career in sales, client handling, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate leads through online platforms, networking, and research. Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media. Present company services and solutions to prospects clearly and effectively. Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for service delivery. Maintain daily records of calls, leads, conversions, and follow-up activities. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.

Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any equivalent field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in speaking with clients and handling queries. Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools (training will be provided). Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
