Business Development Executives (BDE)

to join our marketing and outreach team.

We welcome both

freshers

and candidates with

6+ months of experience

in sales or business development. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn are key. Basic familiarity with

CRM tools

, client communication, and field activities like center visits will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Build and maintain client relationships using strong English & Malayalam communication. Conduct basic market research and understand industry trends. Update CRM entries and track leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Support marketing activities through center visits and fieldwork. Work towards sales targets and contribute to overall growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

Freshers and candidates with 6+ months experience

in business development or marketing are welcome. Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam. Basic knowledge of CRM tools/sales software (or willingness to learn). Comfortable with fieldwork and travel when required.
