Key Responsibilities
Identify relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr, aligned with company expertise.
Write persuasive, client-focused proposals to win jobs.
Communicate with potential clients to clarify requirements, follow up, and convert leads.
Support proposal tracking: maintain records of pitches, response rates, and success ratios.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., developers, marketing) to craft tailored bids.
Qualifications & Skills
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience with
online bidding
