Requirements:

Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Work Mode: On site, Full time Targeted Geography: Australia, UK and US Offered CTC: Up to ₹18,000 per month Bond: 1 Year Probation Period: 3 Months Gender: Male or Female Candidate Location: Gujarat Preferred Joining Timeline: Within 1 to 2 weeks

Expectations:

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal High willingness to learn and adapt Strong interest in sales and business development Basic understanding of IT services is a plus but not mandatory Positive attitude, curiosity, and proactive mindset

Assist in lead generation activities under guidance of the Business Development Manager Support in preparing client proposals and presentations Learn and assist in writing business proposals Communicate with prospects and clients under supervision Assist in identifying business opportunities and customer needs Conduct basic market and industry research Track and follow up with leads and prospects Support in maintaining client relationships and responding to queries Continuously update knowledge related to sales, services, and market trends
Skills and Learning Exposure:

Lead generation using bidding portals such as Upwork Lead generation through social media platforms like LinkedIn Exposure to cold emailing and outreach campaigns Learning proposal writing and documentation Understanding client requirements and basic requirement documents Lead follow up and prospect nurturing under guidance Basics of client relationship management
