. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, client relationships, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research.
Generate leads via networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
Pitch company products/services to prospective clients and close deals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with company offerings.
Track and report sales performance metrics regularly.
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification - MBA (Marketing)
Pass Out Year - 2026
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Training & Employment Structure:
Training Duration:
180 working days
Stipend During Training:
Up to ₹5,000/month
Post-Training Employment:
2.3 Years
Total Agreement Duration:
180 working days (training) + 2.3 years (employment)
Note: Candidates must be willing to sign an agreement for the total duration as mentioned above.
