who are passionate about sales and education! As a

Business Development Executive (BDE)

, you will play a key role in connecting with schools owners & principals to introduce school submits. You will get full training and support to help you grow and succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact school authorities (principals, coordinators, trustees) via calls, emails, and visits. Introduce Global Edu Leaders offerings & School Leader Submits Schedule and attend virtual or physical meetings with school representatives. Build relationships and follow up regularly to convert interest into deals. Work with the senior team for client presentations and closures. Maintain basic data of leads, meetings, and follow-ups in Excel/CRM tools. Achieve assigned targets with the guidance of a Team Leader/Manager.

Who Can Apply:

Freshers with any Bachelor's degree (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BTech, etc.) Strong interest in sales, marketing, and communication. Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Willingness to learn, travel locally, and confidently interact with school staff. Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets is a plus.
