Profile : BDE For Tendering/Bidding

Exp : 2 to 3 years

Job Location : Ahmedabad (WFO only)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BDE with a strong background in

international

tendering and international bidding

. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying global tender opportunities, preparing and submitting proposals, and driving successful contract acquisition across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, identify, and evaluate international tender opportunities relevant to our IT services and solutions. Prepare and submit EOI, RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses with strict adherence to submission guidelines. Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to develop compelling proposals tailored to each opportunity. Maintain tender databases, documents, and trackers for internal reporting and status updates. Coordinate with global stakeholders, partners, and consortiums as part of bid submissions. Follow up on submitted tenders, address clarifications, and support negotiation processes. Ensure timely and compliant delivery of all bid-related documentation.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales, with

at least 2 years in handling international tendering

. Proven experience in

public or private sector tendering

for IT or technology services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong knowledge of international bidding portals and procurement procedures. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and manage multiple tender processes. Familiarity with proposal tools, document formatting, and structured writing.
