Generate new business leads and build strong client relationships
Identify sales opportunities and convert them into revenue
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings
Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
Requirements:
0-3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Knowledge of CRM / sales tools preferred
