Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new leads through various channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) Conduct product presentations and demos to potential customers (students, parents, institutions) Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions from our suite of products Follow up diligently on leads, maintain the sales pipeline, and close deals Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in CRM tools

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field 0-3 years of experience in sales/business development (EdTech experience is a plus) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to work from the office (Bangalore location)
