We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growth team. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, understands the EdTech landscape, and thrives on meeting sales targets and building long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and social media.
Pitch and promote our courses and services to students, working professionals, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable programs and offerings.
Conduct demos, webinars, and consultations to close sales and onboard new users.
Maintain strong follow-up with leads and clients to ensure conversion and satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for enrollment and revenue.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Keep updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and results-driven attitude.
Passion for education, learning, and technology.
