We are looking for a passionate and student-focused
Academic Counselor
to join our team at our Thane and Rabale branches. The ideal candidate will guide students in selecting the right courses, provide career counseling, handle walk-ins, and manage the complete admissions cycle.
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career paths, and admissions.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
Convert walk-in and telephonic inquiries into admissions.
Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Center Operations
Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and enrollments.
Assist during seminars, orientations, and student events.
Coordinate with faculty and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Sales & Targets
Achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Maintain high conversion and retention rates.
Work on lead nurturing and pipeline management.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Good convincing ability
Basic understanding of academic programs / training industry
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (added advantage)
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,699.75 - ?40,000.00 per month
